Official ESTA applications can be submitted directly at esta.cbp.dhs.gov for the government fee of $21. Our service includes additional support, processing assistance, and premium features.

By accessing and using US ESTA Portal's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

User Obligations and Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your ESTA application. Any false or misleading information may result in application denial and potential legal consequences.
Eligibility
You confirm that you meet all ESTA eligibility requirements and are authorized to travel under the Visa Waiver Program. You understand that ESTA approval does not guarantee entry to the United States.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

Fees and Payment Terms
Our service fees include the U.S. government processing fee plus our service charge. Current pricing:
- Standard Processing: $78 (includes $21 government fee)
- Expedited Processing: $128 (includes $21 government fee)
- Emergency Processing: $198 (includes $21 government fee)
Payment is due at the time of service. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Application denied due to our processing error: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours before processing: Partial refund (minus government fee)
- Technical issues preventing submission: Full refund
- Duplicate applications: Refund of duplicate charges
Government fees ($21) are non-refundable once submitted to U.S. authorities. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
Disclaimers and Limitations
No Guarantee of Approval
We cannot guarantee ESTA approval. The final decision rests with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Our service assists with application preparation and submission only.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for delays caused by government processing, technical issues, or force majeure events.
